S29 believes that a commitment to the principles of Corporate Sustainability reflects our business ethos and corporate values. Not only do we believe that by having a CSR policy in place we can offer a better working environment for our team, we also strive to support the community we work in and help make a better environment for all of us.
The commitment of S29 Marketing to Corporate Sustainability is demonstrated though 4 main areas.
Environment
Our ethos is to support sustainability by reducing our impact on the environment. By applying green processes to the work place, we can reduce waste and support the need for social change. The way we operate and the changes we can make are regularly reviewed and supported by all of our staff.
Community
S29 Consultancy is dedicated to giving back to the community we work within; we demonstrate this through the charity events we organise and contribute to throughout the year and supporting local businesses where possible.
Workforce
S29 strives to provide our staff with a good quality of life and a safe work place.
We focus on improving the rights and well being of our employees and regularly review issues including renumeration, health and safety and working conditions.
Suppliers
We believe that by promoting CSR procurement, an approach that exercises social responsibility through our supply chain, we can contribute in minimising our impact on the environment. In addition we also support trade with companies that value their workforce and are considerate of their working conditions. We ask our suppliers to clarify their own CSR policy and to also request the implementation of similar initiatives in their own supply chain.
